Returns

If a box reaches you damaged, or the chocolate has bloomed in transit, we replace it without question. Write to hello@tach.am within seven days of delivery with a photograph and we’ll send the next batch on the house.

Because every piece is hand-made for a specific order, we don’t accept returns of unopened boxes for change-of-mind. Corporate orders are bespoke and final once tempered.
